RCU-210 – Load limiting device

The RCU-210 is a load limiting device designed for permanent installation. It has low energy consumption (2W) and is suitable for all conceivable setups.

Some of the advantages of the RCU-210

  • Alarms and communication via 2 relay outputs (standard), analog outputs, or CANopenLift.
  • Input for hold function.
  • Built-in support for rope compensation chain.
  • Up to 8 load sensors can be connected via a USB hub.

DELTA is a completely standalone unit that enables individual measurement and calibration of the ropes. With a built-in Wi-Fi network, you can easily connect to the unit with your phone, tablet, or computer to read the measurement data.
The app "Dinacell Tools NG 2" also allows you to obtain detailed result reports.

Some of the advantages of the DELTA

  • Measure and monitor up to 16 ropes or belts.
  • Two sensor models measure ropes between 5-13 mm and 13-20 mm.
  • Sensors with LED indication clearly show that the sensor is sufficiently tightened.
  • Built-in Wi-Fi network ensures easy connection with the "Dinacell Tools NG 2" app for iOS, Android, or Windows.
