LX318 is a larger wall cabinet (B800xH1200xD265 mm, unpainted) with the capacity for more equipment. Here, we have the option to include the frequency converter, up to and including 32A, inside the cabinet.

Please note that if the drive system is built into the cabinet, the motor cables and encoder cables must not be too long! (i.e., LX318 with the drive system in the cabinet is not the solution if the machine room is at the bottom and the machine is at the top)

If you want to place the cabinet on the floor, it is possible to order corresponding base(s) for the cabinet, each base being 350mm. The base is mounted on-site in the machine room.

Main voltage 400V, phase voltage 230V.
TN-S (5-wire system), or TN-C (4-wire system) where N and PE are connected together. Other voltages must be specified at the time of quotation/order.

The frequency converter we use in the cabinet up to 32A is the ZAdyn 4C/pro. Outside the cabinet, we use the ZAdyn 4C (IP20). The ZAdyn 4C can be mounted in an enclosure (with a fan) if the environment requires it. For larger elevators (110/180A), we use the ZAdyn 4B, which is IP10 and is placed directly in a separate enclosure.

For the LX318 with a drive system inside, the cabinet should be equipped with a fan and filter to ensure circulation. We also have the option to pre-install weighing equipment and brake resistors for shorter installation times on site. Note that, in addition to the cabinet dimensions + base heights (the base is mounted on-site in the machine room and does not interfere with transport), the size of the brake resistor housing should also be considered if pre-installed.
