Our standard cabinet MRL418 is a floor cabinet with dimensions B400xH2000xD220, available in RAL painted or stainless steel finish.
Please note that we also have the capability to create custom solutions with smaller cabinets (minimum width of 105mm, which we call LX555).
The frequency converter and associated brake resistor are recommended to be mounted inside the shaft. It is possible to mount the drive system in the cabinet in most situations for drive systems up to 23A if the shaft does not allow for the drive system to be placed there.
When preparing a quotation/order, it is important to consider a potential UPS for brake lifting, overspeed governor remote release, and any other remote release mechanisms.
Main voltage 400V, phase voltage 230V.
TN-S (5-wire system), or TN-C (4-wire system) where N and PE are connected together. Other voltages must be specified at the time of quotation/order.
The primary frequency converter we use is the ZAdyn 4C, which is IP20-rated and can be mounted directly on a wall. However, it can also be placed in an enclosure with a fan if the environment requires it.
In enclosures, we sometimes use the ZAdynpro. Please consult your sales representative to verify the contents of the quotation/order confirmation.
